  GOOD SERVICE 😊 My MacBook stopped turning on and it was out of warranty. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for an inspection. I took the MacBook in at around 16:45 for the initial inspection, which Apple calls the “Magic Bar” 😄 Brandon or Brendon, I am not too sure about the spelling was the technician who assisted me. He was brilliant. He greeted me with a smile, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the process clearly and quickly. He took the MacBook in and, after about 20 minutes, BOOM the issue was sorted and my MacBook was running again with no problems. He explained that it was most likely a software glitch and also gave me a few useful tips to avoid similar issues in the future. I usually do not post reviews, but I felt credit must be given where it is due. Keep the great service up!

  Dean was fantastic. Provided a 5* service. He helped me with my phone issues whilst also showing me how the AirPods work etc. Excellent customer service.

  Can someone please explain the point of this shop? Staff do their best to ignore you, when they’re forced to acknowledge your presence you’re told there’s a queue and you have to sign yourself up to the queue, there’s no indication of how long it’ll take to be graced with the presence of one of their staff just so you can start the process of asking them if you can buy something only to be told it’s not in stock. If you want an Apple product just buy it online, avoid this place like the plague. Pure retail rage bait

  After a conversation with Apple I was told that no appointment was needed at Gateshead branch, upon arrival I was told by a shop worker in an abrupt and aggressive manner that I needed an appointment, and it would be 4hour wait, They didn’t even know what I was going to enquire about. So don’t even try for any help without an appointment in this branch . I won’t be back as the staff need some lessons in manners

  Had an issue with IPad. Wednesday 11th march. Nathan and Ross were so helpful in all respects. As an 80yr old who couldn’t reach the chair they went out of their way to get me a lower chair and desk. Next they set out to fix the goods. It took a while but managed to fix the problem. Can’t thank apple enough.
